Below are some of the packages that have been structured based upon the most frequently requested executive coaching services. Because clients vary in terms of their progress and time constraints, sessions and packages can be tailored depending on your specific needs.

Preliminary Strategy Consultation

This is a discounted, pre-requisite 1 hour initial session to:
– establish area(s) you would like coaching on
– try out the coaching process with a real example
– determine how I can best add value as your coach
– answer any questions you have about the process
– discuss the structure, timing and pricing of sessions

There is no obligation to continue after this preliminary session.

Executive Coaching Package details:

Executive Fast Track

– Ideal if you need to gain momentum on a specific focus area quickly
– 5 sessions of 45 minutes each
– 1 session per week

New Executive Package

– Recommended for new executives wanting to make their mark
– 24 sessions of 45 minutes each

– Recommended for executives needing to deal with a specific challenge
– 8 sessions of 45 minutes each

– Ideal for executives wishing to create and maintain a balanced lifestyle
– 12 sessions of 45 minutes each

Creativity & Innovation package

– Training on coaching techniques and processes to support innovative thinking
– 2 sessions of 3 hours each
– A minimum 1 week break is required between the 2 sessions
– This package can also be tailored for small teams

Price per participant (for teams – minimum 3 particpants):

Legacy Coaching package

– Appropriate for executives thinking about their long-term legacy
– 2 initial sessions of 1.5 hours each, preferably no further than 2 weeks apart
– 4 subsequent sessions of 45 minutes each, structured as required over 4 months
– this is typically sufficient and additional ad-hoc sessions can be arranged as required
